Licensed Esthetician · Founder, My Skin Dealer
With over 10 years in the aesthetic industry, across med spas and dermatology clinics, Kelsey has built My Skin Dealer into a med spa that goes beyond standard protocols, using cellular-level, collagen-inducing technology to deliver precise, natural results clients can't get just anywhere.
Her approach has been recognized in AmSpa Magazine and the American Med Spa Association's Member Spotlight. She now also trains the next generation of providers through My Skin Dealer's Morpheus8 certification program, and maintains her CME certification to stay at the forefront of advances in aesthetic medicine.
Sigal Goldring, MD
Board-certified physician · UC Berkeley · Albert Einstein College of Medicine
Dr. Goldring has practiced medicine for 35 years, the last 22 in aesthetic medicine. She trained at UC Berkeley and Albert Einstein College of Medicine, and completed her pediatric residency at Children's Hospital Los Angeles before moving into aesthetics in 2004.
She continues to train hands-on with leading physicians and injectors across the country and abroad, because clinical judgment this precise has to stay current. As Medical Director, she sets the standard every treatment at My Skin Dealer is held to.
Beth Porzio, NP
Licensed nurse practitioner · Formerly interventional cardiology, Lenox Hill Hospital
Beth brings 17 years of nursing experience to My Skin Dealer, beginning in interventional cardiology at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York, a high-acuity setting that built the safety-first approach she still practices today.
After transitioning into dermatology and aesthetics, she found her focus: natural, balanced results that never look overdone. Every plan starts with understanding a patient's concerns and goals before a single treatment is chosen.
Clara
Clara is an aesthetics professional, operations girl, and self-proclaimed skincare obsessive who loves all things skin, beauty, and business. With a background in practice administration and aesthetic operations, she’s passionate about creating an elevated client experience, building a strong team, and making sure everything behind the scenes runs just as beautifully as what clients see. She loves learning the science behind skin, creating systems that actually make sense, and helping people feel confident in their own skin. Equal parts detail-oriented and beauty obsessed, Clara believes the best aesthetics experience should feel personal, intentional, and never intimidating.
Keely
Keely is often the first friendly face you'll meet when you walk through the door at My Skin Dealer. As our Beauty Broker, and the one keeping the office running smoothly behind the scenes, she brings 9 years of experience in the aesthetic and wellness industry to every guest, helping clients put together a simple, effective skincare routine or choose the right collagen-induction treatment for their goals. Her own go-tos are CoolPeel and daily Pavise SPF. Outside the treatment room, she's usually at the gym or spending time with her pug, Kiwi.
Alix, CME
Meet Alix: our laser girl and certified skin enthusiast. With a passion for all things skin, lasers, and confidence, Alix loves creating customized treatment plans that help clients feel like the best version of themselves. She's all about results, education, and making every appointment feel comfortable, personal, and fun. Whether she's treating unwanted hair, targeting skin concerns, or helping you work toward your ultimate skin goals, Alix brings the perfect mix of knowledge, precision, and good energy to the treatment room. She's completed her CME certification, staying current on the latest techniques and safety standards in aesthetic treatments.
